I always mix up Fuji and Fiji. I blame Fiji water (Fuji water?!). These are good apples and very cost effective. They are small and mostly not moldy. Of course, they are also coated in icky resin from bug backsides. So it goes. They taste like a nice sweet apple. Crisp-ish, but a little too on the mealy side for my preference.
