Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce

This was good! You can't tell from the picture, but the jar is cute and little, not like a big pasta sauce jar. I still didn't use it all, of course. It tasted like pizza sauce, not too sweet or weird or anything. Very cool.

Classico Tomato & Basil Sauce

This sauce was so deeply boring to me. Like yes, it's pasta sauce, and I appreciate it not having any sugar, and it's a competent plain red sauce, but I'd much rather have one with spice, or heat, or flavor, or veg, or meat. You know? The comments online are all about this being too sweet, which wasn't my experience. Just too boring.

Classico Four Cheese Sauce (Red)

On the Classico website (very official source), this is one of the highest reviewed red sauces. But it didn't impress-a me much. I thought it was super boring. Yes, you can taste ricotta in there, but it's so smooth and wet and not in a fun way. I want veg! Or meat! A serviceable sauce but I will keep trying other flavors instead.

Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese Sauce

This is a solid saucer! It's cheesy and also garlicy; tastes a bit like a restaurant sauce, which is fun. It did make me feel a little itchy on first eat, but I think it's just the garlic/tomato and nothing dire. And it's got a veg in it, in theory! Not my #1 favorite of all time, but maybe better than I expected.

Classico Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce

This sauce was adequate. Tastes like a typical jar sauce, which is better than some of the weird stuff I've tried in recent months. My first impression was that it had a little heat to it, which I do like. It's also not overly sugary, which is good, and there are a few chunks of red pepper in there, which is also a plus for me. Not too oniony either. However, the texture is really watery! I like a thicker sauce myself. Made a good 4 servings in 4 days, so the price is right, but it's no Signature Select (if that's what the Acme sauce is called).

Classico Italian Sausage Sauce

This sauce mingles well with peppers and even dumb carrots, it had nice little sausage bits, and was good with elbow macaronis. It was a little bit watery, but also not too sweet, which I like. Would buy again.

Classico Vodka Sauce

Jarred alfredo sauces aren't very good, so I was anxious about cream-containing vodka sauce. Plus my boyf gets some really fancy 12$ sauce which is only OK, so who knows how this on-sale 2$ sauce would be. But it was actually good! It's not too light colored, which is a good sign, and only 90 cals per serving (i.e. not too creamy). The flavor is like a basic vodka cream/blush sauce, it's tomatoey but a little creamy or cheesy or whatever goes into that pink sauce. There are small tomato chunks but for the most part it's a smooth sauce. You probably don't want to overdo it on the sauce amount, I think the specified serving size works well. I could see myself getting tired of this after a few days in a row, maybe more than tomato sauce, but for now I'm into it.

Classico Marinara with Plum Tomatoes and Olive Oil

This sauce is perfectly serviceable. It's not my favorite marinara (I think that's actually Barilla!) but it's not the worst I've had (Prego?) either. It has decent firm chunks of tomato, a noticeable garlic flavor, and it isn't overwhelmingly sweet. It's a little watery, but not too much. A nice red color, tastes fresh, and does the job of a subtle red sauce - tastes good but not overpoweringly so. I have no issues with it, and if it were on sale again I'd pick up another bottle. Supposedly it lasts 5 days once opened, so we'll see about that!

Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce

This is my first time trying jarred white sauce, and it wasn't as great as I was hoping. I put in some broccoli and garlic and it was OK, but not great. It tasted a lot like re-heated restaurant alfredo, which is OK but not what I want from my home-cooked(jarrred) sauce. So I probably will continue to make my own from scratch. This didn't have a particular flavor, just thick cheese-ish goo. Meh.
