Monsey Dairy Pepper Jack Cheese

This is a weird company with no online presence -- is it even a company at all? Who knows. But I've eaten their cheese before with no issue. They are easy to open, which is nice. This one tastes like (and is) pepper jack cheese, all right. Not especially delicious in any particular way, but it does the job for a 'dilla or a cheese plate.

Monsey Dairy Marbled Muenster Cheese

OK, being produced in the same city, I can assume that this is a similar "front" to the Sugar River cheese op. So weird. But the cheese is good; similarly oily but melts fine for noodle or quesadilla. I guess you could also eat it plain! A good 5 servings here. Tastes like generic cheese. Could be cheddar for all I know!
