Primo Taglio Prosciutto

This tastes like prosciutto alright! Quite salty, generally tasty, if you fry it up a bit it turns a cheesy noodle into a carbonara tasting dish. So I like that. A little goes a long way though! These are surprisingly low-cal for the punch they pack. (Also expensive!)

Primo Taglio Manchego Cheese

Store brand manchego cheese, but imported from Spain? I guess so! This cheese did its job at Melting to make Good Grilled Cheesers, and it was a great texture and pretty unremarkable taste. I also tried it cold, and it had a stronger flavor there, but not a delicious flavor to me -- kinda "funky" rather than "creamy" (and I prefer the creamy or spicy cheeses). So, this did what it intended but I don't think it's worth 10 bucks in the future!
