I didn't notice these were gluten free and organic when buying them -- all I care about is that they don't have legumes and that they're a new nugget in the rotation! And they filled those criteria. But you can really tell these are different -- the breading is more like panko than typical breading. They smell normal, though, and unlike a lot of the other ones, microwaving them is not very different from oven baking them. So they're very convenient for that. A good snack to have around.
