This was pretty wild as wines go. There's sediment in it (it's "unfiltered") so it's thick and looks like juice. It was very tart, though. Summery, fruity (strawberry vibes), pleasant enough. Lars did not like it (but it was a few days old at that time).
I made the suggested Gazpacho, which was my first gazpach. I was impressed with the texture, but it really did taste like watery salsa. I don't think I will seek out a future gazpacho (although I did consume the entire 8 gallons or whatever all myself, whew).

Taste: 6/10
