Honestly, my first reaction to these is that they taste like egg rolls! The texture is a bit like cooked diced cabbage and carrot, and the taste is vaguely oniony/savory/veg-esque. I thought they were pretty appealing, although they started to get gross after too many of them. I'm not sure what dipping sauce would be good, either -- Duck sauce??
