This base ice cream is actually vanilla, and not cinnamon like so many of the other winter flavors! That's a huge upgrade in my book. It actually tastes a little like sweet cream (like froyo!) or cream cheese, partially because the texture is a lot softer and creamier - especially on the very top (which might just be due to melting lol). It's really good. There's also swirls of vanilla cookies, which are fine, and also of apple pie fillign flavored swirls which are really good. This is what I want from apple pie ice cream!
