So to be honest, I don't like red cabbage. I like regular cabbage; I like slaws, but this is just so bitter and crunchy and it's not for me. That said, if a recipe calls for it, I certainly prefer this nice pre-weighed pre-washed bag of shreds to me cutting them myself. So I like that this exists, I just don't like red cabbage. Lessons (re-?)learned!
