Sweet Peach and Apricot Fig Newtons

I always liked fig newtons, and I like fruit, so I thought I'd give these suckers a try. HOWEVER, they aren't very good!! I definitely prefer the originals -- the filling is weirdly sweet and sticky, and a little too mushy. It also doesn't taste much like real fruit. Oh well!

Reduced Fat Wheat Thins

These are my canonical cracker! They're pretty tasty, but they don't have an especially overwhelming flavor like most crackers do - so they're good alone, but also with almost every cheese. They also are pretty sturdy and not flaky, so they're good for dipping! The reduced fat taste just as good as the regular, so I always get these.

Knorr Pasta Sides - Cheddar Broccoli

Ahh, now we're talking about a tasty and/or delicious foodstuff! This is one of my top lipton sides, for sure. It's not too cheesy, and not too veggie-y. It just has a really great flavor that goes with almost all meats and veggies. The noodle shape is fun too. And it's hard to burn! And the sauce is delicious! Very good.

Campbell's Kickin' Buffalo Style Chicken Soup

It had been a while since I had canned non-chicken-noodle soup, so I thought I was due to give it a try. I regret this! Soup is gross. I wasn't even allergic to it (no peas, not that much soy I guess) but it was just really bad. It even looks gross! Don't buy this, you guys!!

Lean Cuisine Sweet and Spicy Ginger Chicken

This is a pretty good lean cuisine! It was filling and tasty. I'll definitely get it again! It's got thick udon noodles (very al dente), decent chicken pieces, and little broccos and waterchestnuts. The sauce is pretty sweet and gingery, maybe a bit too much, but since it's a smaller meal it's all right. Overall a good crisp flavor and a satisfying meal.

Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookie Cake

I saw this new product in the frozen aisle and got pretty excited! I love new things, and being in a state of school-sponsored depression, today was the perfect time to sample a new cake. Apparently PepFarm is having their 75th Anniversary, therefore releasing a ton of new products. I think this is a good idea, but ultimately it isn't very different from their existing white cake with chocolate icing. It just has little cookie crumbles on top. Now if the cake itself were made of cookie parts, we'd have something to talk about! It's still a great tasting freezer cake though, the frosting is good and the cake is moist. But for the seriously extreme fat-sugar-calories you're getting with this cake, the flavor isn't justified (in my opinion). If you're a huge milano fan it's worth a try though, since it does taste a lot like a milano in cake form.
