OK, I'm not actually sure if these are officially called "elbows", but that's what they look like. Except they're much smaller than what I'm used to! But I guess that makes them fancier, and easier to fit more noodle per square inch, such that 1/2 cup is actually a reasonable serving and 1 cup is like, the maximum amount. They also seem quite posh for noodles. But they taste like "noodle" which is good for me! No complaints or particular raves, would eat again. Seems safe allergy-wise since they make a "may contain egg" warning on the package.
