Knorr Mexican Rice

This rice was nice and moist and a nice yellowy color. I always like Knorr side dishes, so this is no exception. However, the flavor is nothing special -- it needs something else with it, in my opinion. A true side dish! Goes well with corn. It makes a pretty good amount.
