This is my first time trying jarred white sauce, and it wasn't as great as I was hoping. I put in some broccoli and garlic and it was OK, but not great. It tasted a lot like re-heated restaurant alfredo, which is OK but not what I want from my home-cooked(jarrred) sauce. So I probably will continue to make my own from scratch. This didn't have a particular flavor, just thick cheese-ish goo. Meh.
