Pasta Chips - Rosemary

These are really more like crackers than chips, and not at all like pasta, but they're OK. They taste like a thin pita chip with Italian seasonings (I guess that includes rosemary, but also salt, parsley, onion powder, probably others). A little boring, but unobjectionable. I can't imagine they'd be great with cheese, but maybe a cream cheese style dip or a spinach dip or spread would elevate these suckers!

Update: I microwaved 6 of these for 22 seconds with some shredded mozzarella and fresh basil on top, and it was pretty darn good. I wasn't sure how the microwave would effect these, but it just made them a little more crispy, which was nice. In this context, they get a 7/10! Basil saves all things.
